A company founded by a Berkeley grad, ex-Amazon employees, and a team of serial problem solvers and talent seekers who champion working smart, building lasting professional relationships, and keeping things simple and efficient.

We believe that innovation isn’t really about reinventing the wheel, but rather about spotting opportunities to do things better and building solutions that help people do just that… that’s exactly why we founded Materia Talent.

So how did it all start?

It all started in Silicon Valley while we were working with companies, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies including Paypal, Uniteus, and other innovators, as talent acquisition specialists.

Going through one recruitment cycle after the other, we spotted common inefficiencies and setbacks in the hiring process across various companies at different stages of their growth. That’s when we realized there’s a better way to recruit talent, cut down costs, earn back time and smooth over any speed bumps in the recruitment pipeline for everyone involved… and so Materia Talent was born!

Today, we’re on a mission to help you recruit the talent you need in the simplest and most efficient way possible. We do this by handling the admin and coordination effort throughout the entire recruitment cycle, and empowering your recruiters to do what they do best - find great talent!
